Victor at Roxana Home Care is an absolute gem. He spent time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of in-home services, and was a superb resource for us in a very stressful time. (Roxana is connected with Kaiser.)
Victor helped us arrange in-home helpers for my mom as she recovered from a tough round of chemotherapy (not hospice care, as with the other reviews I see here). Roxana staff came to my mom’s house daily for 5 days, in 5-8 hour shifts, when she needed help with simple meal prep, light sweeping and cleaning, and getting to and from medical appointments. We were concerned about potential falls in her weakened state, and she benefited from being under the eye of the friendly helpers.
